David joined M-Pact, Inc. following a successful senior-level Human Resources career with leading manufacturers that, in turn, operated divisions across the USA and Canada supporting commercial and industrial markets.
David brings significant leadership and hands-on experience in developing effective business-growth programs in both union and union-free organizations. David is at much at ease explaining complex programs to production employees on a shop floor or an oil rig as he is working with demanding, senior level, corporate executives in a boardroom – all in support of achieving bottom line improvement without sacrificing safety, quality, and efficiency.
David fosters positive employee relations and business growth and has demonstrated strengths in organizational analysis and redesign, profit enhancement efforts, implementing change-strategies and team-development plus innovative compensation approaches and employee involvement programs.
David graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Oklahoma. He has continued his professional education throughout his career and earned a SPHR certification in 1999.
